The Best Holidays Ever


My best vacations were when I went to the south of Chile with my parents, in January 2019. My brother was relocated for a few months to Puerto Natales because of his job and we decided to visit him with my family and travel around together. We were there for about two weeks and traveled a lot; Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine, Calafate, Punta Arenas. We did a lot of activities; we rented a car to move around more freely and we also took a tour. In Punta Arenas we took a tour to an island full of penguins near Tierra del Fuego, it was filled with Patagonian penguins that were so cute and I just fell in love with them. We also saw other animals like Toninas, that are a small dolphin-like fish, and when we were on the highway, I saw a little fox walking around.
This trip was very important for me because I was able to go to some of the places I have always wanted to know, it was a very beautiful experience to get to know everything along with my family and to be able to enjoy every place with them. On the other hand, it was very enriching because I really like the nature, the cold climate and wild animals, and the south of Chile has all that. I would go there a thousand times and I would even want to live there in Punta Arenas, it is a beautiful city and full of live that everybody should know.

Hello! Today I am going to write about my hobbies, and I will do it through questions. Do you have any hobby? Since when have you done it? What are the positive and negative aspects of it? How much time do you spend on it? Do you do other things? My hobby always has been drawing and painting. I started painting with oleum when I was in primary and since then, I have always been painting and drawing and I think that from there my love for art and design was born. My favorite subject this term.

My favorite subject this term in design is History and culture of Design.The teacher is Patricio Bascuñán. and the assistant is Gabriela. This class is about the history of design, art, and architecture. The teacher shows us the most important facts which changed the arts, design and architecture through human history. So basically, the theacher talks about it the whole class, but the way that he teaches it, is so cool. He participates with us almost as a friend, makes us be part of this class, asking what do we think about this topic. The main contents are basically the history of design, since this was created as a discipline, unite with art. Another important contents is the foundation of the Bauhaus, the house of design, architecture, and art. The interesting thing is that these contents happen within a historical context, like the evolution of humans beigns or the the First World War. I love this term because it is so interesting to know how the art and design was born,

Postgraduate Course!

Hello! How are you? Today I am going to talk about a postgraduate course I would like to take in the future. The future for me is a very uncertain thing, I have a lot of doubts about my vocation and about what I really want to do when I graduate. However, I would like a lot to study Color Theory and Art Theory, both applied to Design. I wish to go abroad, because in Chile there is not a lot of development regarding the Art Theory or Design field, therefore, I would take presential and full-time courses. I would like to do that because I have always liked that area, but I have never had the opportunity to research more deeply about it apart from books and some subjects at the university.
